If a group of thugs showed up at my house at 11:30 at night then I wouldn't hesitate to use lethal force. The law doesn't allow you to until you are facing imminent physical danger. If the kids broke down the door and went for his son, White then would have justification. But he didn't. White left the safety of his home and confronted the kids with his gun. That act lead to a death. That's textbook manslaughter. |
