Nearly everyone eventually gets a driver's license and many people are woefully ignorant about some of the basic rules (like DO NOT use a reversible turn lane except when you are ready to turn).The only people inconvenienced by a mandatory driver's ed course would be New Yorkers who don't wish to learn to drive (people who are blind or otherwise ineligible to drive would of course be exempt). |
