I've lost over 10 pounds in the past six weeks mainly by limiting my starch consumption. Pasta, potatoes, bread products - those were basically my downfall, and I'm keeping my consumption at reasonable levels.Because starchy foods are cheap and often easy to prepare, it's also easy to go way overboard with them.
