I don't see anything more than neglect in reading about the case. In fact I'd say the defendants are neglecting themselves as well. Further I'd say the defendants could be on the retarded side of the scale, if not simply slow. They don't test you for a parent's license, well, not yet anyway.your pal, Fred |
