If the US wants to deport foreign nationals without legal status that commit crimes Um, the example SP gave was specifically about assistance in non-criminal cases. Some states and local governments won't help ICE in non-criminal cases. No one has examples of state and local governments not helping in criminal cases, or actively interfering in any cases. |
