Q387413 717 (Run number) Verbally aggressive and assertive bus driver. A won't let people exit through the front of the bus. Refuses to open the door. 69th St/66th Rd in Middle Village, a middle-aged lady with a serious limp (as in a handicap) walked to exit at the front of the bus, and was denied. Bus driver made her walk back to the rear doors. He did it again to someone at Yellowstone and 63rd. Bus drivers are becoming very verbally aggressive. I think it's because there is little supervision in the field, as most of it is based out of the control center in East New York. As a result, supervision is too removed from from what's happening in the field. |
