No graffiti like NYC of the 80's?Paris is well-known for it's graffiti covered dirty streets these days. Not as bad a Rome, but bad. Graffiti is a big part of the culture in Europe. This lady does it in broad daylight because she is afraid of going out at night. Seriously. In reality if she went out at night dressed like this in Paris, well, you know what would happen.......I won't say. |
