I don't know how stupid you have to be to go to Italy and be scammed by someone who doesn't even speak the local langauge.I was watching a walking video last winter in NYC to see the "lights". Livestreamer. No one pointed it out, but I was a little bit shocked at how many African vendors were illegally on street corners. I thought this was a city where you couldn't even sell a newspaper or lemonade with 4 years of permits and a design review committee. Bullcrap town does that.
