Similar things happen there.Mamdani did very well in Brooklyn Heights (middle class for sure) and Long Island City (ditto). Cuomo did well in East New York. Again, my main point is that there was no broad pattern, and there were lots of comfortably well off neighborhoods that went for Mamdani. But there were also neighborhoods that went the other way. Why, do you think I'm wrong just because my first example was in Manhattan? |
