And of course, no one in their right mind would find Kilmeades suggestion rational. Unfortunately, as we've seen, the left has made a mockery of the judicial system by putting untrained magistrates in positions to release lunatics like DiCarlos Brown without bail. As I said, the law now makes no provision for prophylactic confinement for the lunitics before they do the unthinkable.
