I have no objection to locking up the violently mentally ill. There need to be detention facilities for the criminally insane, just like there are regular prisons.

Kilmeade called for the killing, not just locking up, of the simply uncooperative mentally ill. He made no mention of their needing to be violent to receive the death penalty.
