It is a switch on the center control panel stands for Take Off Go Around.

For Boeing a pilot presses TOGA the plane starts several actions to immediately configure for take off or go around.

This would be a go around so

Auto Throttle to predetermined go around thrust, if pressed twice then auto throttle will set max thrust.

Flight Director direct pitch up to initiate climb with pitch and roll guidance to maintain safe climb

Nav Mode will switch to missed approach procedure, and prevent autopilot from following the ILS glide slope.

This will differ slightly based on manufacture and plane type
