Your silly catchphrase "typical New York incompetence" is never going to catch on. Abandon it.

What you are citing, aside from those things that are on topic (versus what belongs here in OTChat), is left-wing intransigence rather than "incompetence". All those projects belong in the private sector but the left did a hostile government takeover of those systems decades ago (at municipal, state and federal levels) and only those that the powers that be approve of are what gets done.
