I always wondered why American Indians seemed to be hypersensitive to the effects of alcohol?

HBD. Human Biodiversity. They are not genetically adapted to tolerate alcohol amounts like northern European groups.

You can include Mexicans and Central Americans with Indians. Many of them are Indians known as Mestizo in their Census questionnaire.

One such billboard was on Woodside Ave right above the Woodside LIRR station

Perfect neighborhood for that billboard.
