You take a course, qualify on a range and presto, your a qualified to own a gun IMO thats totally justified. The NY process about licensing drivers (and now boaters) is also totally justified. I wouldnt want to be around any gun owner that learned how to use it by watching 'Have Gun Will Travel" or a motorist who watched "Route 66"! |
