Electric cars need less maintenance that ICE. They don’t need oil changes, and the regular maintenance they do need, tires and brakes mainly, are identical to ICE.2. Practically every house in America has electricity necessary to support L2 charging and most parking lots in America are located near electricity. Basically, even before Tesla saved the electric car there was more electricity than gas. There is just massive FUD around EVs, promoted by the oil industry, and also by a lack of openness to new ideas. In the latter case, people still seem to think of electric cars as need charging stations that would work exactly like gas stations. It’s as if people still though of cars as horses. |
