I haven't read the article, but if carbon fuels are phased out there will almost certainly be painful periods. It will get worse when electric car owners aren't allowed to charge their cars due to scheduled power reductions due to heat waves and such.The pain is necessary if we really want change. People aren't going to stop commuting 50-100 miles per day if gasoline stays affordable. |
