This thread was prophetic.It predicts "woke" and "cancel culture" about a decade before it became the American norm. A society that keeps racial scorecard of everything. We actually keep racial, gender, and sexual preference scorecard now. Again, my theory was that NYC is so woke, and "hypersensitive, that the Shamrock Shake was canceled in NYC proper. In a way it probably was. Looking at where we are today, this thread wasn't so far fetched. |
