I know that it seems far fetched in idyllic Connecticut, but here in the city, this has been de rigueur with the politicians handing out syringes and such to the skells of society. All Democrat ideas, BTW, as they cannot expect their constituents to follow the laws and be productive citizens. I really think it's an IQ thing to be honest. So, I'm sure someone whispered in Dementia Joe's ear as he was getting his butt wires, and he said "That's a bully idea!" |
