one is that Pennsylvania acted illegally according to its own constitution by counting absentee ballots that were illegally sent out.

That question has been adjudicated in court. The court told the state to hold those ballots separately. It was determined that Biden easily won the state even if those ballots were ignored.

Don't forget that many of those ballots held Trump votes, so disregarding them had very little effect on the outcome.
