But it still was a major irregularity whether it had any outcome on the election or not.

Not at all. The disputed ballots were counted separately. The margin they gave Biden was way less than Biden's overall margin in PA.

I doubt it if every other allegation was investigated, because there were dozens or perhaps hundreds?

Every allegation that was brought to a court by a Trump lawyer was heard. The judge would have said to Trump's shyster lawyer, please document the evidence for your assertions. Generally the evidence was abysmal. Various Trump lawyers are in serious trouble because they asserted that the evidence supported specific assertions, and then when examined the evidence did no such thing.
