Mail-in voting has been around since 1864, and has operated for all of that time without anything other than isolated, single attempts at fraud. Pennsylvania's mail-in ballot system is extremely secure.

Trump lost PA. He lost sixty court challenges to the outcome of the 2020 election, including five in PA. The PA ballots for 2020 were counted and verified multiple times before Biden was awarded the Commonwealth, and, by extension, became President-elect.

Again, no Republicans in the PA House or Senate had any issues with Act 77 until Trump lost. They want to make it harder for people vote, period.
