Posted by JayZeeBMT on Sat Jan 29 08:05:13 2022 Yesterday, the PA Commonwealth Court ruled, along party lines (it has a Republican majority) that Act 77, which allows no-excuse mail-in voting, violates the PA Constitution.The hypocrisy is that 11 of the 14 GOP legislators who brought this lawsuit, actually voted FOR Act 77 in 2019. This law only became a problem after Trump lost PA in 2020. The PA Department Of State has appealed the case to SCOPA. |
