It came to a head under him and little Abe Beame but I’m sure the groundwork was laid out before his time. I think he may have exasperated the situation and Beame had no chance. I’ll tell you what though I’d take those problems over the lunacy that exists now. Of course Lindsay was a Manhattan centric pretentious ass but I’d still take that over that SOB deBlasio. |
