Posted by ntrainride on Wed Dec 8 13:32:57 2021, in response to Re: First Omicron Study, posted by Fisk Ave Jim on Wed Dec 8 10:18:06 2021. yeah. ahh, doctors. i'm willing to accept that there's a possibility that "ignorance is bliss but not exactly", meaning, not knowing overly detailed "facts" about the "condition" you have may be a way towards greater overall, um, vitality. as to exactly how that relates to specific issues you may be experiencing, who knows?mind/body. how we feel affects how we think we are affects how we are. from what i've observed people think themselves sick. or, and maybe more importantly, sicker. imagine an army where the soldiers keep hearing the generals lament at how defeated many of the soldiers are and how they're bound to lose. your body is your army. |
