[to turning off the ignition and placing the keys on the dashboard'You are dealing with the hypothetical. Did the officer make the request for turning off the ignition? you know nothing about police procedures. I have been careful to show where everything the officer did was contradictory with the Dayton Police General Orders, citing the relevant sections. Those contradictions include the lack of probable cause for requesting a canine unit to sniff the car's interior and extending a traffic stop for a canine unit to sniff the ambient air around the car, as well as using force for non-compliance. What's your knowledge of the procedures that are specific to the Dayton Ohio Police Department? |
