It's an If then statement.He was at point a or point b. IF he was at point A, then we can say this. If he was at point b, then we can say that. It doesn't mean we can't theorize on what WOULD happen IF he was at either point. And second, at 10mph, do you need new tires or something to screech that long? Anti-lock brakes? You'd make a tire squeel for like what, 2-3 seconds at the most? BTW, in most states(more than 25 I believe) you can be cited for speeding while going under the limit! |
