The scenario should be if I see a guy walk through the back door of a movie theater that someone else opened. She was a fool for being there and doing what she did, bit at the end of the day, she committed Unlawful Entry onto Property, as per DC law. If she had engaged in anything else, burglary or attempted could apply. |
