When you consider where they were, what they were doing, and why there were doing, it's NOT a civil disturbance and she was NOT a "protestor".She was a traitor to everything she once served to protect. This time last year, I was working as a census taker. to take that job, I had to swear the same oath everyone who draws a federal paycheck does. She swore that same oath... and it starts with "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..." Anyone who broke into Capitol that day was doing ANYTHING BUT supporting and defending the Constitution. That was Trump's attempt at a self-coup, plain and simple. It wouldn't matter to me what she looked like, what she did... January 6th was a direct attack on the very idea of democracy, far greater than any lies about mail in ballots and voting machines. When she chose to join in that crowd, she chose to become one of those enemies she swore she would stop. |
