But furthermore, let's just assume for the sake of argument that Ashli Babbitt did not commit a single crime in her entire life. Her action of charging through a just-broken door window at a police officer responsible for the lives and safety of a group of unarmed civilians, with a rioting mob directly behind her, sufficed for the police officer to perceive a grave and imminent danger. |
