I made how many dozens of posts about masks and ignoring the CDC??? And no one listens.You're not taking vitamin D either are you? Get yourself a good dosage now. Do you have an oximeter? I think they're easier to come by now than last year. Supposedly those smart watches will do it. My phone is supposed to too. They're not the most accurate, but at least if you're on an extreme it should tell you. I've also heard that if you're up the river and on your own and ever have trouble breathing, laying on your stomach is supposed to help with oxygen. |
