You've established nothing either. The burden is on you as you've stated it was corruption and offered no evidence for said assertion

No, the burden is on you to prove that it's not corruption. Abuse of company funds in this manner is indeed corruption; now, prove that it is not. You're assuming that "corrupt" also means "illegal"—whereupon is your faulty premise.

You've not established why it was the wrong choice, only citing that it is corrupt, which you have not demonstrated

Ah, so have you abandoned common sense here? $210 million awarded to a company executive who fails is not corrupt? You perpetually evade that question.

That they are not entitled to the same job security is not relevant to this discussion, as the fact that they are not does not mean that they should or should not be, it only means that it is the current practice. If a union wanted to include an anti-firing clause in its contract, then I would not be against it.

Here you go throwing the words "job security" into the fray again (again as a fallacy), when this is not about job security, which entails people retaining their jobs in the face of adverse judgment upon the quality of their work, not being canned and getting more than several lifetimes of wages for it. Types of job security range from employment contracts that guarantee employment over a certain period of years to tenure. This is independent of compensation, the core of this discussion, and the core of what you are defending.
