This is a case of executives being rewarded for failure*Delta and Kmart are my biggest examples of this type of thing. Bankrupt a company and walk away with 9 figures. A lady executive from Delta is the biggest offender, sueing for more spoils after she's left, and getting hired by a firm where most of the board members are under criminal investigations for corruptive practices. I haven't read the AJC in a while, I couldn't handle reading about Ford and Delta anymore, they're jokes. |
