There were some facts that were unclear as both sides had conflicting stories. There is some question about whether he was refused any menu item or whether he was just refused a customized item. If he went in and asked for the sheet cake in the display and was denied it because he was going to use it at a gay wedding that would be like going to Chinese restaurant that has Beef Lo Mein on the menu and being denied it because the chef did not like where you would be eating it. If he was only denied a custom item that would be more akin to your Penne a la Vodka analogy. |
