From reading the record that sounds pretty accurate. Based on the Constitution and the applicable statutes I think there is a very solid "bright line" rule in these types of cases. If you ask for any stock product from the display cases or a menu that you can pay then the baker can't control where the cake is used. However, as soon as the patron asks for any customization (even if it is just writing on the top) then the baker is free to refuse service. This can be applied to other areas like floral design (if you offer certain stock centerpieces you can't dictate the events they are used at).
