I never listened to Rush. However, his hatemongering was so severe and so disturbing, that his behavior was widely reported. Limbaugh was a well-known racist, homophobe, misogynist, and troll. Those who sponsored his shows happily co-signed his bullshit, and they should be embarrassed to admit they made money off his bigotry. There was zero "entertainment" value in his bullying, ridicule, and smearing of those he disliked. His enemies, apparently, were many. Limbaugh's slimy antics showed him to be an ugly individual.

The fact that you are defending him says a lot about you.
