there's going to be some hiccups

This hiccup is a massive underproduction in vaccine (20 million per month rather than the promised 100 million per month) that has been concealed from the American public for the past month.

I'm sure Pfizer and Moderna are doing the best they can, but why the hell did the federal government have to conceal the problems?
