But the bottom line here if nothing was concealed, would anything be different?Yes. The states opened up eligibility to 65-74 year olds and other groups because they thought there was plenty of vaccine available. Result: a whole bunch of 75+ year olds, who need it most, have gotten crowded out. Now they may have to wait many extra weeks. Less damaging result: huge amounts of wasted time and effort of people pursuing shots that don't exist. |
