What if the governor of PA certifies one group of electors and the House and Senate of PA certify another, and Congress can't agree on which group to accept. (Assuming here that PA holds the balance.)

OK, the law says Trump and Pence are out on Jan 20, and the acting president (until Congress works something out) is Nancy Pelosi. Do you 100% agree that Trump would not try a coup under those circumstances?
