You (like many) would be of Jewish heritage, but do not follow the teachings of the religion. The heritage and upbringing certainly shape who we are, but it is hypocritical to cite Jewish law why something should or shouldn't be....You can be Christian, but if you don't accept the true presence of Christ in the Eucharist as opposed to it being symbolic, you aren't a real Catholic.... That's why so many denominations exit under each umbrella.... |
