I don’t think Ford hated NYC, he just thought a bailout would be counterproductive but was eventually convinced otherwise.Trump hates NYC because we’ve rejected him all along. It was the rubes who thought he was a successful businessman. He moved from Queens to Manhattan because he thought Manhattan was the big time, but the Manhattan elites thought of him as low class and still do. |
