When confronted by police, even if the request to identify yourself is unlawful, why resist? Why not comply and then air your grievance later in court? It seems to me that even if you are falsely arrested, it's far better than being brutalized by the criminal behavior of a rogue police officer. At least you get to tell your story for yourself. |
