Your own article said he was one of the 10 most complained about cops. As far as lawsuits it is standard practice to include every police officer the Plaintiff came into contact with. Even if Officer Martin played no role and is not culpable of anything, if he ever appeared at all in the notes, he gets named. No different than medical malpractice cases where you see every doctor who ever saw the patient named even if it might have been the doctor who correctly diagnosed what the issue was. |
