I'm not saying it never happened, What I am saying is in my 12 year Catholic School experience I never saw it.Growing up in Queens, there were 3 parishes (Queen of Angels, St Sebastian's & St Marys of Winfield) within a 10 mi radius of my house. In the space of the 12 years I mentioned, there had to be at least 10 thousand kids pass thru their doors. Not one mention of any kind of sexual abuse, then or now. Not a complaint from any of them. Thats an awful lot of kids to have kept quiet. |
