Posted by Spider-Pig on Fri May 22 11:06:08 2020 Drug touted by Trump as Covid-19 treatment linked to a greater risk of death, study findsThis doesn't appear to be a randomized double-blind study, so a fair explanation is that people prescribed hydroxychloroquine were more likely to die or suffer ill effects than people prescribed nothing, or prescribed something else. But it does pour cold water over the idea that hydroxychloroquine is a miracle cure. |
