Bringing the so-called "Confederate Flag" to rallies in northern* states exposes as a lie the claim that the flag represents Southern heritage.Neo Nazis in Europe use the so-called Confederate Flag as a stand-in for the Nazi flag, because the latter is extremely illegal in much of Europe, especially Germany. *Northern in this context includes any state which was part of the Union during the Civil War, or which was subsequently admitted, with the possible exception of Oklahoma. |
