Blaming WHO does not excuse Donald Trump, who also has 18 intelligence agencies, NIH, and CDC there at his disposal, whose funding he has also cut, and it pandemic unit disbanded in 2018. China ban did not work since there were may exemptions, and the Washington State strain came from there. European ban came much later and was even more spotty in counties affected as it was phased in. 0.7% testing rate per capita is abominable. |
