This is all a fictional problem.If you don't mind suborning perjury, you've been able to vote on behalf of your kid anyway, for the last 40+ years (that's as far back as I know, it's probably more like 100 years). Hey, sign this (absentee ballot application). 2 weeks later: sign this (ballot affadavit). Then fill out the ballot, seal the envelope, and mail it in. |
