Except its an unenforceable felony. Kid signed his approval of whatever was on that ballot. He did vote, technically. He just willingly left it up to someone else what that vote is.It's funny because we have laws on "no ballot selfies" to prevent people from selling their votes. With this arrangement someone could just drop the ballot into the mail in view of whoever they sold their vote to. |
