The city is not on track to meet its goal of zero traffic fatalities and serious injuries by 2024.Sadly the only way to meet that goal is to remove all motor vehicles from the city, and that doesn't work. And my role in NYC is purely as a pedestrian, so I especially would want to see zero fatalities. |
